I aim to get a 1 hour bike ride in. This is problematic for shorter rides. It would be great to create a “playlist” whereas the workout goal is time, distance or kilojoules based. If you get to the end of a course it will start another pre-selected and pre-downloaded course.
The URL is the same one that is being used in the Profile page (where it loads correctly), but the Passport page has the URL capitalized, which doesn’t work. Looks like the filename for the image is capitalized where it shouldn't be (or, alternatively, the blob storage container should be set to case-insensitive for file retrieval).
The Chech flag is not loading in the passport under visited countries. The html says: It should say:
My passport is set to private. However, I’d still expect that I could visit it myself when logged in. This is not the case: going to the passport page, I’m greeted with “This FulGaz Passport is not publicly available”. Seems like this can be resolved temporarily by setting the passport to public briefly, after which it can be visited even when setting it back to private. I’ve done this a week or 2 ago however, and now I’m greeted with the same “not […] available” message once more.

Can Fulgaz please advise what is happening with the Kickr climb. When slope drops below 0% it dosnt’t respond with downward movement with Wahoo kickr climb on ATV. I believe the kickr bike has the same issue as well. Its been reported many times before going back nearly 12 months ago and we have not had a fix or update. All other apps like Real Velo and Rouvy it works perfect on just not Fulgaz. A response would be appreciated please
Since the new Fulgaz update 7.09 the app closes down whenever I tap on a thumbnail. I cannot get anything to work. Rides open up but then the whole thing just shuts down. It was working fine until I installed the latest update. Anyone know any solutions. (My android device is up to date.)
(received via support) Ride videos downloaded to an external hard drive set as the Additional Folder are not starting. They do display correctly in the Additional Folder row in-app and can be selected to ride, but when starting the ride it is just a black screen with the elevation profile and HUD showing, no video. NVME external drive connected via USB to iMac (2015) running Monterey Formatted drive for OSX in APSF format with Guid partition Speed test on the NVME drive and it could take 8K video fine
When switching users (by force closing the app and then selecting the other user, I don’t know of an easier way), the FTP used in the workout settings doesn’t get updated to the user’s FTP and needs to be manually updated.
When doing a structured workout, the “Next” interval used to show the duration of the upcoming interval. Now it just shows the duration of the current interval, exactly like the timer directly above
We have been having an issue with our bike not keeping the resistance. ie., you start a ride, climbs are hard, etc, and then about 3 miles in we lose it. You can go to top gear, and spinning as hard as you can, the ride has no resistance, records you traveling approximately 6-7 mph. Has happened several times now. We have the original kickr bike, model A08B if that helps. Has only begun doing this the last 2-3 months.
I was so excited this was back..... however on the first go, it would open OK, start the ride on the second screen but then the 2nd screen would go blank. 5 times, within 1 minute of the ride starting. The external screen is not going to sleep.
There are a couple of issues with Passport. 1) It is impossible to get 100% as there are some countries that no longer have rides available to download such as Mexico, Brazil, Northern Ireland, Turkey, Isle of Man etc which appear on other people’s passports but have no downloadable rides associaed with them. 2) Some people have Upper Upper Austria as and Western Australia as countries, which is clearly wrong. Please can you fixe these and provide a way for people to get to 100% of countries ridden
Having the “Indoor” and/or “Virtual” tag inside the FIT file would allow analysis platforms (TrainingPeaks —> WKO5, Intervals.icu) to easily differentiate between indoor and outdoor rides. I use WKO5 to analyze performance and now need to set the Indoor subsport activity for each individual workout performed indoors. Would be nice if this gets sorted automatically, which should work using the correct tag.
When we get the latest new rides each month is there a way we can have the name of the country on the ride thumbnail and not just the name of the ride please. I like to choose my rides from certain countries . For example with the latest 16 rides released for September I had to click on each one to find out which country they were filmed in whilst looking for a Italian of French ride which are always my first choice for rides as I always enjoy those ones. Thanks
I wouldn’t be surprised if this issue has been raised before, but I think it would be a nice improvement if Apple TV users could read the complete route description after clicking the tile to start a ride. The information is interesting, usually brief, and there seems to be plenty of unused space on the screen to accommodate it. Obviously, this doesn’t affect the more important in-ride experience, but I think it would be a nice upgrade.
I am facing upto 3min dropouts with Kickr v5, toady even upto 10min. Occurring if I stop pedaling briefly during ERG work-outs, frequently but not always.
When completing a ride in multiple sessions by using the “Save for later” and “Resume ride” options, I sometimes get an error message after having completed the full ride. Instead of directing me to the save ride screen, I get an error message stating: “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.“ Once that message appears, I cannot save the ride data. It happened only twice to me so far; first with the 7.0.7 version, and yesterday with the 7.0.9 version.
Running 7.0.9 (latest Fulgaz rev) on iphone 17 ios 26.6. I display Fulgaz on my TV by connecting the USB C on the iphone to the HDMI port on my TV. The older Fulgaz version correctly displayed large HUD and elevation graphs when I selected “large” in Fulgaz. Now, with the newer version, changing from large to small doesn’t result in HUD size displayed on the TV, and the HUD and elevation data is unreadable.
I often spend time adding rides to my favourites through the website (with the use of WoF.) However, in order for to get these reflected in “Your Rides” I need to exit the app and re-open it. This is a tad annoying, so would be much easier if there was a refresh button
