Can I use my ANT+ device with Android?

Not directly, no.

ANT+ connectivity is not supported by FulGaz on any platform.

While FulGaz does not support ANT+ connectivity directly, you can work around this limitation by using a "bridging" device such as a CABLE, 4iiii Viiiiva, or similar. These devices can read the data from your ANT+ device (power, cadence, etc) and then re-broadcast it over Bluetooth Smart.

A bridging device is also useful to get around Apple TV's two-device limit.
