I found in windows you need to change focus from the entry box (such as selecting another box) before saving for any entries to be accepted. I found that to be the case on the slope scaling in ride and in the settings. So maybe the reverting to 200 is because you need to change from that box to another before saving.

Additional datapoint: I have not had this issue in the Fulgaz Keen workout after setting it immediately after the first update. On Win 11.
