Since the latest update on ATV . Each time I have to re-enter my name etc to login- previously my name & my wife’s name would appear on the start screen & we would just click on our name.
I have had the same issue on Apple TV and sent a support ticket last October. Virtually every single time I have to start from scratch, even if I leave the app active. I was told in February that the next version should have a fix and I renewed my annual subscription in May… and now we get the email that “there aren't broad reports of tvOS reliability issues so no immediate plans for a new update on that platform.” I feel a little conned because I’ve been holding on for the fix and I probably would have not renewed if I had known.
