Android: "Unexpected error occurred during the ride" when trying to start ride

Some rides I try it brings up an error message and I think these may be rides I have ridden before? (I’m unsure though as it removed the 'ridden' banner when I changed to v7)

An unexpected error occurred
Hi there,
I am getting a constant “unexpected error occured during this ride” right at the start of the ride after the READY, SET, GO. I dismount my trainer, turn the Wahoo Kickr off, reboot the Samsung Tablet, start all over again, and still get theis meessage, even though I have downloaded the rides.
This has been occuring since the latest update way more frequently. This never used to occur. I’ve cleared the cache, updated Android and Filgaz app, but to no avail.
Can someone please advise how to fix this? I’ve just paid for my subscription renewal and I feel like asking for a refund…..
Thanks,
Graeme

Update…I don’t seem to see this issue anymore, so unable to reproduce. I’m using Windows.

From Peter via support:
Cannot ride any course without it giving me an error.
Troubleshooting steps:
Uninstalled everything and reinstalled
Installed latest Android updates
Switch settings to 780p video quality
Downloaded rides - doesnt work
Streamed rides - doesnt work
Tried numerous different rides, all error out.
What is interesting is that the app doesnt crash. The app connects to the Kickr, starts the ride, but within 3 seconds, throws up the error. Then it goes back to the ride page.
