Windows: Option to run FulGaz in "Windowed" mode or drag to a secondary display

Currently FulGaz will always display on the monitor you have set as the primary display and it is not possible to "window" the app and/or drag the app to another monitor.

EG: If you have a two-monitor setup, FulGaz will display the app on your primary display (usually the laptop) and the only way to put the ride onto another screen (such as an HDMI connected larger monitor) is to set that monitor as your primary display in Windows settings.

I have a laptop and a 49 inch 4k TV running on it via HDMI.

Not being able to run in a window on the 4k TV right in front of me is a deal breaker.

You can move the whole app to another screen just use window key + shift and either left or right arrow (depending on which side your second monitor/tv is on). Moves the whole app, no way of splitting like you can with iOS and a TV

please bring back Windowed mode for Windows 11. Would love to use my projector and have a ride running with youtube in a browser next to it or some other media player. The ability to drag the fulgaz window to any size would also be nice.

I don’t care about performance, video quality or ongoing support issues as my PC has plenty of grunt and video RAM etc. Just make it a hidden and non-supported option for the hardcore nerds like me :)
