more stuttering

I had hoped your new version would reduce the freeze and stutter. I did the first leg of the Iowa bike ride and was into the stutter within 10 seconds. This is running at 1080p with 3.0 Gbs fibreoptic direct to home.

I was better off when you had the turn off HLS streaming option
