Downward Tilt movement on kickr climb and kickr bike on ATV

Just wondering if there is any updates on the downward (below 0% gradient) tilt when using Wahoo kickr climb or kickr bike on ATV. This hasnt been working for a number of months now. Upward tilting is fine. A number of us are still experiencing this issue. It is working good on Rouvy Thanks
