This is a coding clash between FulGaz and the latest iOS/tvOS 17-18 releases. With certain apps, the foreground app takes priority and mutes any background app audio (such as Spotify).
One thing to try is quickly switching back to your music/video app once you start a FulGaz ride and re-starting the audio, then back to the FulGaz ride. That works on some setups but not all.
If that does not work, you will need to pop your audio onto a separate device so that it is not playing on the same device as FulGaz.

I can accomplish this by starting YouTube first and putting the window in slide over. Then i can pull it forward while fulgaz is in play. If fulgaz says ready set go or anything else it overrides my youtube. But is still functional.
